NeonDrop

Terms of Service

Last updated 31 July 2026

The service

NeonDrop turns long videos into short vertical clips. It is currently in beta and provided as-is: features may change, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Your content, your rights

You keep all rights to the footage you upload and the clips you create. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any footage you put through NeonDrop — including anything fetched from a link. Do not use NeonDrop for content you do not own or have permission to clip, or for anything unlawful.

Our licence

You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your footage and deliver your clips. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not publish it.

Free and Pro

The free plan is genuinely free during beta and needs no card. Pro is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your payment provider; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fair-use limits apply to AI background generation, which is capped per month.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeonDrop is not liable for lost footage, lost income, or any indirect losses arising from use of the service. Always keep your own copy of your source footage.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops; material changes will be reflected on this page.
